Can the itinerary be fully customized?
Yes. Every day, every hotel, every stop is yours to change. We build the first draft — you edit until it's perfect.
Do you arrange airport / railway pickup?
Included in every package. Your driver waits at arrivals and calls/messages you directly to coordinate pickup, no matter what time you land.
Which hotels do you use?
3-star, 4-star or 5-star — you choose the budget. We've personally inspected every property and only work with stays our own families would enjoy.
How do I pay? Are there hidden charges?
20% at booking to confirm your dates. 40% after hotel confirmation. The final 40% on the first day of arrival. The quote you see is the total you pay — no surprises.
What's the cancellation policy?
• 20% charge if cancelled 30+ days before arrival • 30% charge between 30–7 days before arrival • 50% charge within 7 days (but 48+ hours before check-in) • 100% charge inside 48 hours of check-in • Blackout dates (Diwali, Christmas, etc.) are 100% non-refundable, regardless of notice
How fast will I get a reply?
Within 30 minutes during business hours. Late-night enquiries get a reply first thing next morning.
Can I add extra days or extra people to a package after booking?
Yes. Message us before or during the trip — we'll adjust the itinerary or add travellers and send a revised quote for the difference.
Is this suitable for elderly parents or small kids?
Yes. Tell us ages and any mobility needs when you enquire — we'll pick ground-floor rooms, build in rest stops, and slow the pace where it matters.
What's the best time to visit Gujarat / Rann Utsav / Gir?
November to February is best overall. Rann Utsav runs through this window and is liveliest December–January. Gir's main safari zones close June 16 – October 15 every year for monsoon.
Is there a Gir safari option during monsoon?
Yes. Devalia Safari Park (the Interpretation Zone) stays open year-round in a fenced section of the sanctuary, with near-guaranteed sightings since the area is smaller.
